RETURNS and REFUNDS
All customers have 28 days to return a MoDI original garment for an exchange or refund. All customers have 14 days to request a refund. The cost of returning goods will be at the customers expense. The customer bears the risk of damage or loss of the goods during a return until the goods reach us. All refunds will be credited back to the original card used to place the order. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show up in your account.
To receive an exchange or refund, any returned item must be unworn and unwashed. Any item returned in a non-salable condition will not be accepted.
To receive an exchange or refund on any faulty item you must be able to show, within 28 days, that the item was damaged on receipt. You must contact us with photographic evidence of the fault and provide your order number. A garment is not faulty due to wear and tear so cannot be returned.
Due to the bespoke nature of our custom characters we cannot offer any refunds or returns on any items.
Shipping in the UK and Ireland is free. All sales outside the UK and Ireland will be charged £5 and all import costs are to be paid by the customer if necessary.
